Lateness Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to maintain the punctuality of our services and respect the time of both our clients and staff, we kindly request clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment; however, tardiness may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and a fee may be applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the smooth flow of our appointments. Refund Policy: At LB Cosmetics, we strive to provide excellent services and products. In the event that you are not satisfied with your treatment or purchase, please review our refund policy: Refunds will only be issued for services or products that are found to be defective or fail to meet the promised specifications. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase or treatment. Please contact our reception or management team to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as clinic credits, as per the discretion of LB Cosmetics. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. To accommodate both our clients and staff, please note the following cancellation policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the scheduled service. Repeat offences may lead to prepayment requirements for future appointments. Model Policy: Please note, when booking a Model Appointment your deposit is non-refundable. We may refund you if we are able to fill the slow with another booking for the same treatment, time and date. You are only able to book a model slot on our website once approved by the trainer of the course, due to needing to meet a criteria, this booking will be at the full cost of the treatment. When booking a model slot you will automatically consent to photography and videography during your treatment and to be treated by a student or trainer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure that all our clients receive the best possible experience at LB Cosmetics.
